At Sudarshanaloka Retreat Centre we strive to create an environment
of peace and goodwill, putting into practice the advice the Buddha
gave on how to live a simple, ethical and harmonious life. Please
help us in this endeavour by observing the following guidelines
during your stay:
- refrain from cooking and eating meat or fish
- refrain from alcohol consumption
- refrain from smoking in or around the retreat cabins or stupa
Please also help us by:
- Taking all your rubbish with you when you leave
- Not throwing food scraps into the bush, as this will attract
rats and possums
- Not using candles - they are not permitted because of the fire
risk
- Telling us about any maintenance work that is required
